Our flight today in Kirawira saw breathtaking skies and gentle winds guiding us toward the Grumeti River. Along the way, we delighted in sightings of deffassa waterbucks, crocodiles, hippos, olive baboons, vultures, kingfishers, marabou storks, black‑faced vervet monkeys, and drongos. The plains offered more wonders with zebras, impalas, buffaloes, dik diks, and hyenas in good numbers. The scenery was truly panoramic lush and green everywhere leading us to a graceful landing at a river bend. Guests were overjoyed, savoring every moment of this unforgettable Serengeti Balloon Safari.

We were greeted by clear skies and gentle winds at the Kirawira launch site, setting the stage for a smooth and graceful ascent. The winds carried us over the Grumeti River, offering breathtaking views as we drifted north, later rising high to remain on the southern side of the river. Along the way, the Serengeti revealed its treasures: majestic elephants, waterbuck, topi, Thompson’s gazelles, zebras, giraffes, guinea fowl, swallows, and even the quick dart of an African hare. Each sighting added to the magic of the morning. Our journey concluded with a soft landing and a delicious bush breakfast, where guests shared smiles and stories. A beautiful morning greeted us at the Kirawira Launch site with clear skies and gentle, variable winds. Our balloon lifted smoothly into the air, drifting gracefully over the Grumeti River. As the winds shifted north, we ascended to higher altitudes to remain on the southern side of the river, offering guests stunning panoramic views. Wildlife sightings were abundant and magical Waterbuck, Topi, Thompson Gazelle, Zebra, Giraffe, Guinea Fowl, and even the elusive African Hare graced our flight path. The serenity of the skies and the richness of the landscape made for an unforgettable journey. After landing, guests were treated to a delicious bush breakfast in a picturesque setting. Compliments flowed freely for the flight, the warm hospitality, and the overall experience. It was a day filled with joy, wonder, and the kind of memories that stay with you forever.
