Our balloon flight today saw wonderful moments despite a delayed start due to wind and twelve guests stuck in the mud. By 07:35 we were airborne in a favorable direction, enjoying sightings of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, hyenas, and several secretary birds. As the flight progressed, we encountered good numbers of giraffes with calves, impalas, and vultures. We made a few gentle ascents and descents for scenery before the wind carried us past a small marsh. The landing was a long, soft drag with a gentle tip at the end. Guests were delighted, expressing heartfelt appreciation for Serengeti Balloon Safaris, and the morning concluded with a joyful breakfast enjoyed by all.

Our balloon flight today in Seronera saw clear skies and a gentle breeze, allowing all three balloons to lift off in time for a spectacular sunrise. We drifted towards Downey’s Dam, made a low pass over the hippo pool, and continued along the river with wonderful sightings of hippos, giraffes, warthogs, crocodiles, baboons, reedbuck, hartebeest, vultures, eagles, and impalas. The journey carried us across the plains before smooth landings at Water Pump and Fuji. While game numbers in the flying area are currently limited, the flight was beautiful, passengers were happy, and breakfast was enjoyed by all.

Our balloon flight today over Ndutu was truly memorable. Despite some low clouds, we enjoyed a beautiful panoramic journey. We flew north together, surrounded by herds of wildebeest, zebras, Thomson’s gazelles, elands, Grant’s gazelles, and even hyenas along our path. The scenery above the clouds was breathtaking, and we descended gracefully to land in a soft, upright position. Our guests were delighted, offering heartfelt appreciation for the experience with Serengeti Balloon Safaris. The morning concluded with a wonderful breakfast that everyone enjoyed immensely.

Tarangire

Our balloon flight today in Tarangire was a beautiful experience despite the cloudy skies and absence of sunrise. We floated gracefully over the woodlands towards Tarangire Safari Lodge, enjoying good speed and wonderful views. Along the way, we encountered abundant wildlife including buffalos, zebras, impalas, jackals, giraffes, wildebeest, bat-eared foxes, several herds of elephants, warthogs, waterbucks, ostriches, eland, hartebeest, hyenas, and even tiny dik-diks. It was a heartwarming flight filled with memorable sightings, and our guests truly appreciated the experience.

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu saws another wonderful adventure. Though we experienced a late take-off around 8:00 AM due to thick fog, the wait was rewarded with clear skies and excellent visibility once airborne. Guests enjoyed gentle ascents and descents that offered panoramic views of the Ndutu landscape, making the flight truly memorable. Wildlife sightings were abundant, including large herds of wildebeest, zebras, giraffes with calves, impalas, as well as a lioness, hyenas, jackals, marabou storks, and many vultures. The diversity of animals delighted everyone on board. We landed softly just beyond a small marsh, with a gentle tip at the end that added to the adventure. Guests were thrilled with the experience and concluded the morning with a delightful Serengeti Balloon Safaris breakfast, making it a heartwarming day in the bush.

Our balloon flight today in Seronera saw clear skies and gentle winds, allowing both balloons to lift off in time for a breathtaking sunrise. We drifted gracefully over the plains towards Sopa Valley, where guests enjoyed stunning views and remarkable wildlife sightings. The morning brought us close to over twenty lions, herds of buffalo and elephants, as well as hartebeest, topis, ostriches, vultures, impalas, zebras, gazelles, and many giraffes. Both balloons made smooth landings one near Leopard Camp and the other along Melia Road. Breakfast was delightful, and our passengers shared in the joy of a truly heartwarming morning in central Serengeti.

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu was a delightful adventure. Despite wet conditions and a slightly delayed takeoff due to road issues, we were airborne around 7:10 AM and enjoyed panoramic views over the plains. The scenery was breathtaking, and the flight was smooth and enjoyable. Wildlife sightings were abundant, with good numbers of wildebeest, zebras, cheetahs, lions, hyenas, jackals, vultures, and marabou storks. We concluded with a soft upright landing near Miti Mitatu, followed by a wonderful breakfast that all guests thoroughly enjoyed. It was a memorable day filled with wildlife, serenity, and the joy of flying with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight today was a wonderful experience. Under overcast skies and calm winds, two balloons lifted off from Kati Kati in time for a beautiful sunrise. We floated at varying altitudes towards Valley 16, enjoying stunning views and early sightings of ostriches, hartebeest, giraffes, and a large herd of elephants near Thatch Kopjes. The journey continued over the hills with more remarkable wildlife encounters, including elephants, buffaloes, impalas, gazelles, topis, hartebeest, eagles, vultures, and jackals. We concluded with smooth stand-up landings at Makoma 6, followed by an excellent breakfast. Guests were delighted, and the crew did a commendable job keeping everything on schedule despite the wet conditions in the area. It was a truly memorable day for all.

Our balloon flight today in Seronera was a delightful experience. Under overcast skies and gentle winds, four balloons lifted before sunrise and drifted towards the river at Downeys Dam. Visibility was excellent, and guests enjoyed memorable wildlife sightings including hippos in and out of the water, reedbuck, giraffes, a large herd of savannah buffalo, blue-hipped topi, Coke’s hartebeest, impalas, gazelles, dik-diks, secretary birds, and jackals. All balloons made smooth stand-up landings, followed by a celebratory champagne toast. Guests then enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Middle Road, rounding off a heartwarming morning in Seronera.
