Our balloon flight today was truly scenic and heart‑warming, with clear skies and clients arriving on time, we lifted off gracefully at sunrise and cruised across the plains where we encountered a lone lioness at 16 Valley, two ostriches, a giraffe, a magnificent herd of elephants, topi, a healthy number of zebras, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, warthogs, and hyenas. The flight path was smooth and rewarding, with Sopa Valley especially rich in wildlife at this time of year, making the journey a memorable showcase of the savannah’s abundance and beauty.

Our balloon flight today saw clear skies and gentle winds over Seronera, setting the stage for a spectacular sunrise. Both balloons drifted gracefully towards Sopa Valley, where visibility was excellent at every level. Guests were treated to unforgettable wildlife sightings Thompson and Grant’s Gazelles, large herds of Elephants, Blue-Hipped Topi, Cokes Hartebeest, Giraffe, Zebras, Impala, Warthogs, Hyena, a Serval Cat, Cheetah, and even Lions on a kill. The adventure concluded with gentle stand-up landings at Melia Road, followed by a delicious breakfast at Middle Road. It was truly a magical morning in the skies with Serengeti Balloon Safaris, leaving our guests delighted by the entire experience.

our balloon flight today was a truly consequential and heart‑warming experience. We lifted off just before sunrise, gliding gracefully across the river before climbing to 150 feet with a beautiful left turn. Following the river’s course, we floated towards Sayari Camp and touched down just before Miracle Camp. The flight was smooth, and our guests were delighted throughout the journey. Along the way, we were blessed with remarkable wildlife sightings including majestic Eland and Waterbucks, an impressive count of 14 Simba (nine together and five separately), Hartebeest, Baboons, Hyena, plenty of Hippos and Crocodiles along the river, graceful Impala, Giraffe, and Topi, herds of Zebra with a few Wildebeest mixed in, Warthogs scurrying across the plains, and countless Elephants spread across Sayari. It was a flight filled with beauty, adventure, and unforgettable encounters with the Serengeti’s finest.

Our balloon flight today in Seronera saw the skies open to clear horizons and gentle winds. Both balloons lifted gracefully at sunrise, drifting towards the Sopa Valley where the golden light revealed the Serengeti in all its splendor. Despite some localized burning, visibility remained excellent, allowing guests to marvel at an abundance of wildlife: large herds of Thompson Gazelles, Blue‑Hipped Topi, Cokes Hartebeest, Giraffes, Zebras, and a rich array of birdlife including Vultures, Eagles, Secretary Birds, and the majestic Kori Bustard. The highlight was sightings of Elephants, Hyenas, and even a proud Male Lion. Both balloons touched down with gentle tip‑over landings at Makoma 4, after which guests were escorted to Middle Road for a celebratory bush breakfast. It was a truly magical morning in the skies with Serengeti Balloon Safaris an experience our guests cherished deeply.

Seronera awoke today under clear skies and gentle winds, setting the stage for an unforgettable balloon safari. As the sun rose, our two balloons lifted gracefully and drifted westward towards Rongai, offering breathtaking views of the Serengeti. Despite patches of local burning, visibility remained excellent, allowing guests to marvel at the abundance of wildlife below. Large herds of Thompson Gazelles, Blue‑Hipped Topi, Cokes Hartebeest, Giraffes, and Zebras roamed the plains, while the skies dazzled with magnificent birds including White Storks, Lappett‑faced Vultures, Tawny Eagles, Kestrels, Lilac‑breasted Rollers, and Kori Bustards. A special highlight was the sighting of Hyenas with playful cubs at their den, a rare and heartwarming encounter. Both balloons touched down gently near Makoma 2, where guests were whisked away to Middle Road for a delightful bush breakfast. The morning was filled with joy, serenity, and wonder an enchanting experience with SBS Balloon Safaris that left every guest deeply moved and inspired.

Our balloon flight for today in Kirawira saw us rise after sunrise and drift southwest towards the hills, gliding gracefully over Serena. Along the way, we were treated to wonderful game sightings wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, hyena, elephants, and the largest herd of Topi I have ever seen. The journey ended with a smooth drag and gentle tip‑over landing, followed by a perfect breakfast that brought joy to all. It was a truly memorable morning, and every guest seemed to treasure the experience.

Clear skies and a gentle breeze made for a perfect morning as all three balloons rose with the sun. Floating over Valley 16 and into Makoma 4 and 6, guests enjoyed breathtaking views and incredible wildlife elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles, and even rare sightings of leopards, cheetahs, and servals. Smooth landings and a delicious breakfast rounded off a magical experience that left every passenger smiling.

Clear skies and a brisk wind greeted us this morning in central Serengeti. Two balloons rose with the sunrise, while a third followed shortly after. We drifted low across Valley 16 and Makoma Hills, spotting lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, and more. Landings were smooth, and guests enjoyed a delicious bush breakfast. Though the flights were shorter, the views and wildlife made it a truly memorable highlight of the safari.
