Our balloon flight today in Ndutu was a delightful adventure. Despite wet conditions and a slightly delayed takeoff due to road issues, we were airborne around 7:10 AM and enjoyed panoramic views over the plains. The scenery was breathtaking, and the flight was smooth and enjoyable. Wildlife sightings were abundant, with good numbers of wildebeest, zebras, cheetahs, lions, hyenas, jackals, vultures, and marabou storks. We concluded with a soft upright landing near Miti Mitatu, followed by a wonderful breakfast that all guests thoroughly enjoyed. It was a memorable day filled with wildlife, serenity, and the joy of flying with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu was simply lovely. Both balloons lifted at sunrise, with clouds adding to the beauty of the morning. After the rain passed just before dawn, the winds gave us an interesting journey. We floated towards the forest, where we saw small pockets of the migration, towering giraffes, and elephants. As we continued towards Hidden Valley, sightings included hyenas and herds of wildebeest. One balloon enjoyed views of lions and more migration in Hidden Valley, while the other drifted towards Naabi Hill, spotting large groups of elands alongside the migration. Wildlife highlights included zebras, wildebeest, Thompson gazelles, hyenas, dik-diks, giraffes, elephants, vultures, Grants gazelles, tawny eagles, lions, secretarybirds, marabou storks, and eland. All balloons made smooth stand-up landings before guests enjoyed a delightful breakfast. It was a heartwarming morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu was simply lovely. As the sun rose behind the clouds, all balloons lifted gracefully and headed towards the forest, where we enjoyed sightings of small pockets of the migration. Towering giraffes and a lone bull elephant appeared among the trees, while the marshes revealed more giraffes, wildebeest, and two male lions. Further along, most balloons spotted additional lions, and one was lucky enough to see a leopard resting in a tree just before landing. Wildlife highlights included zebras, wildebeest, Thompson gazelles, hyenas, dik-diks, giraffes, elephants, vultures, Grants gazelles, tawny eagles, lions, a leopard, Eastern African goshawks, martial eagles, secretarybirds, steinbucks, marabou storks, and white storks. All balloons made smooth stand-up landings before guests enjoyed a delightful breakfast. It was a heartwarming morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight today over Ndutu was simply lovely. Mist and fog patches covered the region as we climbed high over the Golini plains, spotting wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles moving through the haze. Descending over the forest near Ndutu, we enjoyed sightings of giraffes and elephants, along with eland, impala, and more of the great migration. As we continued towards Hidden Valley, the plains were alive with pockets of migrating herds, thickening as we approached. All balloons made smooth landings at the start of Hidden Valley, where guests watched the migration on the move and toasted the flight. Animal highlights included zebra, wildebeest, Thompson and Grant’s gazelles, giraffes, eland, impala, tawny eagles, secretary birds, rollers, bustards, flamingos, storks, and even dik-dik and steinbuck. It was a heartwarming morning enjoyed by all with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu saw a truly magical morning. We lifted off under cloudy skies, with the sun’s rays breaking through at takeoff. Flying low and slow over the Golini plains, we spotted wildebeest, zebras, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles before climbing and descending toward the forest, where towers of giraffes, eland, impala, and more migration awaited us. We were thrilled to see female lions near the river and again on the plains, while large herds of wildebeest and zebras filled the marsh and open areas. All balloons made smooth stand-up landings, and on the way to breakfast we were incredibly lucky to spot a female cheetah with newborn cubs resting. Animal highlights included zebras, wildebeest, gazelles, giraffes, eland, impala, lions, cheetah, hyena, tawny eagle, secretarybird, Eurasian roller, dik-dik, kori bustard, marabou stork, and white stork. Our balloon flight today in Ndutu began with unlimited visibility and a breathtaking sunrise over the Ngorongoro hills. Floating gently across the woodland, we descended over the treetops and delighted in sightings of giraffes, an elephant, elands, impalas, hyenas, bat-eared foxes, jackals, zebras, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, vultures, eagles, flamingos, and storks. We landed softly on the Maswa plains and, on our drive to breakfast, were thrilled to encounter a magnificent male leopard. Guests were overjoyed, savoring every moment of this unforgettable Serengeti Balloon Safari, complete with our signature bush breakfast.

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu saw a spectacular sunrise as both balloons floated gracefully over the Golini plains. Guests enjoyed breathtaking views of the migration, with herds of wildebeest, zebra, Grants and Thompson gazelle, and eland moving through the morning mist. We drifted low toward the forest and marsh, spotting giraffes, impala, ostriches, hyenas, and an array of birdlife including Tawny Eagles, Secretarybirds, Rollers, and Storks. One balloon touched down with a stand-up landing near the park boundary, while the other made a smooth drag in Kusini. With champagne to celebrate and smiles all around, it was a truly magical morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu was truly magical. We floated gently over the plains of Golini at sunrise, surrounded by herds of wildebeest, zebra, Grant’s and Thompson’s gazelles, and a few eland moving gracefully through the morning mist. In the distance, the great migration stretched all the way to Nabbi Hill. We climbed high before drifting low toward the forest, where we spotted ostriches, hyenas, giraffes, impala, and more eland. Near the marsh, lions rested in the trees, and just beyond, two cheetahs appeared. Both balloons touched down smoothly on the Serengeti–Ngorongoro boundary. On our way to breakfast, we were blessed with a final surprise a magnificent male leopard. It was a morning filled with wonder, shared with Serengeti Balloon Safaris. Our balloon flight in Ndutu today saw a simply lovely morning. Both balloons lifted into the mist at sunrise, offering guests a spectacular view as we floated low and slow over the Golini plains. Herds of wildebeest, zebra, Grant’s and Thompson’s gazelles, and a few elands dotted the landscape, with the great migration stretching all the way to Nabbi Hill. We continued toward the Ndutu forest, spotting more migration along with ostriches and hyenas. Both balloons targeted areas known for cheetahs one was rewarded with a close-up of a cub attempting a hunt, while the other enjoyed a high-level sighting. Smooth stand-up landings on the plains allowed guests to watch the migration unfold around them, followed by a joyful morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.
