Our balloon flight today in Kirawira saw a beautiful sunrise as we gently lifted off in a western direction, creating a serene and heartwarming start to the morning. Guests were treated to excellent game sightings along the way, including hippos, topi, wildebeest, zebra, eland, bat-eared foxes, and hyenas. The flight concluded with a smooth, upright landing, and all passengers seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was a memorable journey that showcased the magic of the Serengeti from above.

Our balloon flight today in Seronera saw a beautiful sunrise under clear skies and gentle winds, setting the stage for an unforgettable journey. All balloons rose gracefully into the morning light, drifting towards the Sopa Valley where visibility was excellent at both high and low levels. Guests enjoyed remarkable wildlife encounters throughout the flight. Shortly after take-off, a Wild Cat was spotted, followed by sightings of Savannah Buffalo, Thompson and Grant’s Gazelles, Blue-Hipped Topi, Cokes Hartebeest, Elephants, and an impressive variety of birdlife including Vultures and Secretary Birds. The plains came alive with large herds of migrating Wildebeest and Zebras, alongside Giraffes, Warthogs, Hyenas, and Lions an extraordinary showcase of the Serengeti’s richness. The adventure concluded with gentle tip-over landings near Bush Tops camp, after which guests were treated to a delightful breakfast at Middle Road. The morning with SBS was described by all as spectacular, heartwarming, and deeply memorable.

Ndutu

Our balloon flight today in Ndutu saw a beautiful sunrise that set the tone for a truly heartwarming experience. As we floated gently towards the Ndutu forest, gazelles appeared scattered across the plains, followed by graceful giraffes and tiny dik-diks. We then climbed higher to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view, taking in the vast scenery including Lake Maseki and Lake Ndutu. The descent brought us between the small and big marshes, where we were delighted to spot Coke’s hartebeest, more giraffes, a cheetah, and finally large numbers of wildebeest mingling with zebras. The last panorama carried us east towards Kusini before we landed smoothly in an upright position. Guests were thrilled by every moment of the journey, and the experience was completed with a wonderful bush breakfast, making the morning truly unforgettable with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight today in Seronera was truly magical. We lifted off under clear skies and gentle winds, rising into a spectacular sunrise that carried us gracefully towards Sopa Valley. Visibility was excellent, and guests were treated to wonderful wildlife sightings: Thompson and Grant’s Gazelles, Blue-Hipped Topi, Cokes Hartebeest, a variety of birds including Vultures and Secretary Birds, large herds of Wildebeest and Zebras on migration, Warthogs, Impala, Hyenas, and a magnificent pride of Lions with cubs. We touched down with a gentle tip-over landing near Melia Road, before guests enjoyed a delightful bush breakfast at Middle Road. It was a fantastic morning in the skies with SBS, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the experience.

Our balloon flight in Seronera was truly magical. We lifted off under clear skies and gentle winds, rising into a spectacular sunrise as the breeze carried us gracefully towards Maasai Kopje. From above, guests enjoyed wonderful visibility and unforgettable wildlife sightings: hippos, gazelles, elephants, topi, hartebeest, vultures, secretary birds, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, impala, eland, lions on a kill, hyenas, and even a cheetah. All balloons touched down with gentle landings near Wildlife Research, and guests were delighted with a beautiful breakfast at Middle Road. It was a morning filled with joy, adventure, and the magic of the Serengeti skies an experience our guests will cherish forever.

Our balloon flight today was truly scenic and heart‑warming, with clear skies and clients arriving on time, we lifted off gracefully at sunrise and cruised across the plains where we encountered a lone lioness at 16 Valley, two ostriches, a giraffe, a magnificent herd of elephants, topi, a healthy number of zebras, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, warthogs, and hyenas. The flight path was smooth and rewarding, with Sopa Valley especially rich in wildlife at this time of year, making the journey a memorable showcase of the savannah’s abundance and beauty.

The adventure concluded with gentle stand-up landings at Melia Road, followed by a delicious breakfast at Middle Road. It was truly a magical morning in the skies with Serengeti Balloon Safaris, leaving our guests delighted by the entire experience.

our balloon flight today was a truly consequential and heart‑warming experience. We lifted off just before sunrise, gliding gracefully across the river before climbing to 150 feet with a beautiful left turn. Following the river’s course, we floated towards Sayari Camp and touched down just before Miracle Camp. The flight was smooth, and our guests were delighted throughout the journey. Along the way, we were blessed with remarkable wildlife sightings including majestic Eland and Waterbucks, an impressive count of 14 Simba (nine together and five separately), Hartebeest, Baboons, Hyena, plenty of Hippos and Crocodiles along the river, graceful Impala, Giraffe, and Topi, herds of Zebra with a few Wildebeest mixed in, Warthogs scurrying across the plains, and countless Elephants spread across Sayari. It was a flight filled with beauty, adventure, and unforgettable encounters with the Serengeti’s finest.

Our balloon flight today in Seronera saw the skies open to clear horizons and gentle winds. Both balloons lifted gracefully at sunrise, drifting towards the Sopa Valley where the golden light revealed the Serengeti in all its splendor. Despite some localized burning, visibility remained excellent, allowing guests to marvel at an abundance of wildlife: large herds of Thompson Gazelles, Blue‑Hipped Topi, Cokes Hartebeest, Giraffes, Zebras, and a rich array of birdlife including Vultures, Eagles, Secretary Birds, and the majestic Kori Bustard. The highlight was sightings of Elephants, Hyenas, and even a proud Male Lion. Both balloons touched down with gentle tip‑over landings at Makoma 4, after which guests were escorted to Middle Road for a celebratory bush breakfast. It was a truly magical morning in the skies with Serengeti Balloon Safaris an experience our guests cherished deeply.
