Our balloon flight today in Ndutu was simply lovely. We lifted off just as the sun was rising, with guests immediately treated to the sight of wildebeest, zebras, Grant’s gazelles, and Thompson’s gazelles right before them. Flying low over the migration, we then climbed and turned towards the forest, where our first tower of giraffes appeared. Over the forest, guests enjoyed more migration herds, additional towers of giraffes, and several groups of impalas. Crossing the marshes towards the plains of Kusini, we followed the korongo with more migration along its banks. Just before landing, we ascended briefly and descended near a cheetah. The flight concluded with a smooth drag stand-up landing on the plains, surrounded by the migration. On the way to breakfast, guests were delighted to see the same cheetah enjoying its own breakfast of a Thompson’s gazelle. Animal Highlights: Zebra, Wildebeest, Thompson’s Gazelle, Grant’s Gazelle, Vulture, Giraffe, Impala, Cheetah, Jackal, Bat-Eared Fox, Hyena, Tawny Eagle, Marabou Stork, and Flamingo. Our balloon flight today in Ndutu was simply lovely. Guests lifted off just before sunrise, greeted by clear skies and the magic of dawn. After a slightly breezy drag take-off, passengers stood to witness the migration right in front of them herds of wildebeest, zebras, Grant’s gazelles, and Thompson’s gazelles. Flying low over the plains, we then climbed and turned towards the forest, where a male and female lion were spotted among the trees. As we continued, guests enjoyed views of more migration, towers of giraffes, and several groups of impalas. Crossing the marshes towards the plains of Kusini, we followed the korongo and were treated to the sight of a pride of female lions with one juvenile male resting along its banks. The flight concluded with a smooth drag stand-up landing on the plains, surrounded by the migration, before guests enjoyed a delightful breakfast. Animal Highlights: Zebra, Wildebeest, Thompson’s Gazelle, Grant’s Gazelle, Vulture, Eland, Giraffe, Impala, Lion, Jackal, Hyena, Reedbuck, Flamingo, Tawny Eagle, Martial Eagle, and White Stork. Our balloon flight today in Seronera was truly memorable. Guests enjoyed mostly clear skies with a gentle morning breeze, allowing both balloons to lift off in perfect time for a breathtaking sunrise. We flew at varying altitudes across the plains towards Valley 16, continued past Thatch Kopjes, and then over Makoma Hills, where stunning views combined with excellent wildlife sightings. Along the way, our guests observed multiple groups of elephants, more than 30 giraffes, topis, hyenas, hartebeest, vultures, gazelles, zebras, warthogs, and impalas. The flight concluded with smooth stand-up landings at Makoma 4, followed by a delightful breakfast at River Tree, which was up to the highest standard. Guests spent a wonderful morning in Seronera, and everything ran seamlessly throughout the experience.

Our balloon flight in Seronera today saw overcast skies and gentle winds as three balloons lifted gracefully before sunrise. The winds carried us towards Valley 16, with clear visibility at both high and low levels. Guests enjoyed excellent wildlife sightings, including Thomson’s gazelles, reedbuck, hartebeest, blue‑hipped topi, giraffes, warthogs, hyenas, lions, a leopard, and abundant birdlife such as secretary birds and tawny eagles. All balloons completed gentle tip‑over landings near Makoma Two Road, followed by breakfast at Middle Road. It was a safe and memorable morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Our balloon flight in Ndutu today saw perfect flying conditions with scattered clouds over the woodlands. Two balloons lifted together, and guests were soon delighted by sightings of wildebeest, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, and hyenas. The journey continued with wonderful views of ostriches, warthogs, secretary birds, elands, vultures, giraffes, and elephants. Panoramic scenery south of the Big Marsh offered breathtaking vistas, and guests enjoyed sweeping 360‑degree views. Crossing the valley, we flew low over a large herd of wildebeest with newborn calves a truly special highlight. The morning concluded with a smooth landing and a cheerful drive to breakfast, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. It was a safe and memorable experience with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight in Ndutu today saw a delayed start after early thunderstorms, but once airborne guests enjoyed a truly lovely journey, gliding through the morning cloud cover. Wildlife sightings were excellent: wildebeest, zebras, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, and giraffes before the forest. Over the woodlands, we spotted migrating herds including eland, and later flew low across the plains where a fresh wildebeest kill was being fed on by a hyena and several vultures. Additional highlights included reedbuck, flamingos, a martial eagle, and marabou storks. The flight concluded with a smooth, gentle landing in Kusini, followed by breakfast. Guests thoroughly enjoyed their morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.

Our balloon flight in Seronera today saw clear skies and gentle winds, setting the stage for a spectacular sunrise. Both balloons drifted towards Sopa Valley with good visibility despite localized burning. Wildlife sightings were excellent, including large herds of Thomson’s gazelles, blue-hipped topi, Coke’s hartebeest, giraffes, zebras, elephants, hyenas, and a male lion. Birdlife was abundant too, with vultures, eagles, secretary birds, and kori bustards adding to the experience. Both balloons completed gentle tip-over landings at Makoma 4, and guests were taken to Middle Road for breakfast. It was a safe and memorable morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Our balloon flight today saw us lifting off from Seronera under clear skies and gentle winds. As the sun rose spectacularly, all balloons drifted gracefully toward Sopa Valley. The visibility was excellent both high above and closer to the ground, giving us unforgettable views of the landscape and wildlife. We were treated to wonderful sightings: Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, the striking blue‑hipped topi, reedbuck, bushbuck, ostrich, many kori bustards, vultures, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebras on migration. Predators also revealed themselves hyenas, jackals, a leopard, and large prides of lions adding excitement to the journey. The landings were gentle stand‑ups near Melia Road, and afterward guests enjoyed a delightful breakfast at River Tree. It was a morning filled with beauty, serenity, and heartwarming encounters in the skies with SBS an experience that will stay with us for a long time.

Our balloon flight today was truly magical. We lifted off from Ndutu under gentle winds, drifting gracefully toward the forest. A few playful ups and downs carried us over the shimmering lake, before both balloons glided across the second woodland and the vast marshland. The panoramic scenery was breathtaking, and together we soared into the wide-open plains near the border of Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Our landing was soft, with a gentle drag and a tender tip at the end an adventure that felt both thrilling and serene. Wildlife blessed our journey in abundance: elegant giraffes, herds of wildebeest, mighty buffaloes, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, tiny dik-diks, soaring vultures, majestic eagles, marabou storks, yellow-bellied storks, and even a cheetah with her very small cubs. It was a day filled with wonder, connection, and heartwarming moments an unforgettable chapter in our holiday together.
