This morning’s flight from Koga began with light winds and a stunning sunrise. All three balloons launched smoothly, drifting low over the river and across Little Serengeti. Guests enjoyed rich wildlife sightings elephants, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, gazelles, elands, ostrich, and many birds. Breakfast was delightful, and guests shared kind words about the flight, the views, and the warm service.

We began our flight in Tarangire just before sunrise, with gentle skies and a light morning shower adding a touch of magic. Balloons soared high for the first stretch, then descended gracefully near the river. Guests were treated to incredible sightings buffalo, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, ostriches, elands, impalas, vultures, guinea hens, and four lionesses resting nearby. With no wind, we landed softly and upright in a quiet clearing. Guests were delighted by the experience and shared warm praise for the flight, the views, and the breakfast.

A gentle overcast morning set the scene as our balloons rose over the Serengeti. Winds guided us swiftly back to the Mara River, still flowing strong and full of life. Guests were treated to a beautiful array of wildlife wildebeest on both banks, zebra herds, eland, buffalo, and playful gazelle. One balloon spotted three lions after crossing the river, and another had the rare joy of seeing a leopard near Sayari. Birds filled the skies: marabou storks, vultures, secretary birds, and cheerful guinea fowl. All balloons landed smoothly, wrapping up a peaceful and memorable morning in the wild.

This Morning in the Serengeti, Under soft overcast skies and gentle winds, all balloons lifted off around 06:45 for a breathtaking journey across the plains. Three balloons soared over Makoma Hills, while two followed the river’s path to Middle Road each guided by nature’s breeze. Wildlife sightings were nothing short of extraordinary: four cheetahs up close, plus lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and so much more. From graceful antelope to soaring eagles, the Serengeti came alive beneath us. Smooth landings, a delicious bush breakfast, and smiles all around today was a flight to remember in Sero.

A peaceful morning in Lamai with cloudy skies and light winds set the stage for a beautiful flight. The balloon drifted west over the plains, offering stunning views before gently landing near the Singita bridge. Wildlife was abundant migration herds in motion, impalas, gazelles, ostriches, reedbuck, topi, hartebeest, warthogs, hyenas, giraffes, waterbuck, and a vibrant mix of birdlife including vultures and eagles. A magical way to greet the day in the Serengeti. 🌅🎈

A brisk morning greeted us at the Kirawira launch site, with overcast skies and gusty winds. One balloon launched smoothly, drifting gracefully along the Grumeti River. We flew low over the water before ascending to take in sweeping views to the west, then descended for a gentle tip-over landing on the far end of the breakfast plain. Wildlife sightings were plentiful baboon, giraffe, hyena, wildebeest, topi, waterbuck, impala, buffalo, hippo, and Thompson’s gazelle added to the magic of the flight. Guests were delighted by the experience, praising the flight, breakfast, and warm service. A truly memorable morning with Serengeti Balloon Safaris. 🎈🌿

This morning’s flight from Kati Kati launched smoothly under clear skies and brisk winds, following a gentle course along the Seronera River. All balloons landed softly near One Tree Road. Guests enjoyed remarkable wildlife sightings, including Leopard, Cheetah, Giraffe, Hippo, Zebra, Hyena, and a wide variety of birds. The diversity made for an unforgettable experience. We launched under soft overcast skies, with sunshine gently greeting us after landing. Winds were calm on the surface, brisk aloft, offering limited steerage. The Mara River surged with dramatic force its banks eroded, debris drifting, and wildebeest gathered in the hundreds alongside zebras. Wildlife sightings were exceptional: hyena, giraffe, elephant, eland, impala, and gazelle dotted the plains. One lucky balloon spotted a leopard and warthogs. Above, marabou storks and vultures soared, with a few elegant secretary birds in flight. All balloons enjoyed smooth, stand-up landings ending the morning on a graceful note.

We had a wonderful flight this morning in the Central Serengeti, launching just before sunrise under partly cloudy skies and light winds. The balloon ascended effortlessly, drifting at various altitudes over the scenic plains. Guests were treated to breathtaking wildlife sightings, including small herds of zebra, Coke hartebeest, a hippo, gazelles, and even lions. The flight concluded with a gentle stand-up landing, followed by a celebratory champagne toast. All passengers had a truly memorable experience with Serengeti Balloon Safaris.
