Along the way, guests were treated to breathtaking views and memorable wildlife sightings including elephant, buffalo, giraffe, hippo, lion, and more. After landing, a delicious bush breakfast awaited, rounding off a magical morning that left hearts full and spirits soaring.

Wild Winds and Wondrous Sights Over the Mara, The day began with crisp winds and clear skies at Koga, setting the stage for an exhilarating journey. Balloons rose effortlessly into the morning light, drifting down the Mara River with grace and quiet thrill. From above, the Serengeti came alive herds of zebra and wildebeest on the move, giraffes gliding through acacia groves, and birds of prey soaring alongside us. Guests spotted eland, topi, hippo, hyena, and even the elusive African hare, each sighting adding to the magic. After gentle landings across the plains, a warm bush breakfast awaited served with smiles, stories, and the kind of joy only a morning in the wild can bring. With the sun rising behind us, we gently lifted off and drifted over the Mara River, spotting elephants, giraffes, impala, ostrich, bat-eared foxes, fish eagles, and more. The flight offered serene views and rich wildlife at every turn. After a smooth landing, guests enjoyed our traditional champagne toast and the story of ballooning’s origins. Breakfast was served in the heart of the savannah, with sightings of gazelles, crowned cranes, baboons, and birds adding to the magic. Being the only balloon in the sky made the experience even more special and many guests called it the best breakfast they’ve ever had on safari.

This morning’s flight began in the quiet hush before sunrise, with golden rays peeking through the clouds. Shortly after takeoff, we climbed to 1,500 feet AGL, catching a brisk wind that carried us gracefully toward the Tarangire River. Below us, the plains came alive herds of Cape elands, zebras, giraffes, impalas, ostriches, and a few wildebeest roamed freely, offering guests a breathtaking glimpse of the Serengeti’s wild heart. We touched down gently, upright and smiling, just beyond our breakfast site. Guests were delighted by the smooth landing and the unforgettable experience, topped off with a beautiful bush breakfast. Guests were treated to incredible wildlife sightings: elephants, hippos, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, lions, and Thompson’s gazelles roaming freely across the golden plains. We enjoyed a beautiful morning in Seronera with clear skies and brisk winds as four balloons rose gracefully with the sunrise. The flight followed the Seronera River and ended with smooth drag landings in the nature area. Wildlife was scattered but rewarding guests spotted Impalas, Ostrich, Gazelles, Cokes Hartebeest, Topi, Reedbuck, Warthogs, Hippos, Giraffes, Elephants in the distance, and even a pride of Lions, along with a variety of birdlife.
