A calm, breezy morning greeted us in Central as all three balloons lifted off in time to catch a golden sunrise. The flight drifted gracefully over Valley 16, Thatch Kopjes, and Makoma Hills, ending with smooth tip-over landings in Makoma 6 plains. Guests were treated to breathtaking views and rich wildlife sightings including elephants, buffalo, hyenas, thousands of gazelles, a cheetah, and even a fleeting glimpse of lions. The skies were alive with eagles and vultures, while warthogs, dik-diks, and baboons added charm to the plains below. Breakfast was beautifully set and well received, rounding off a truly memorable morning in the heart of the Serengeti.

The flight continued over peaceful floodplains with sightings of elephants, giraffes, impalas, zebras, baboons, gazelles, and vibrant birdlife. Magnificent views unfolded over the baobab forest before a smooth landing near the road. Guests enjoyed the traditional champagne toast beneath the ancient trees, with the story of ballooning adding a special touch. Breakfast was serene and memorable, highlighted by a massive buffalo herd crossing the riverbed and crowned cranes dancing on the far bank. We began our flight in Tarangire just before sunrise, with gentle skies and a light morning shower adding a touch of magic. Balloons soared high for the first stretch, then descended gracefully near the river. Guests were treated to incredible sightings buffalo, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, ostriches, elands, impalas, vultures, guinea hens, and four lionesses resting nearby. With no wind, we landed softly and upright in a quiet clearing. Guests were delighted by the experience and shared warm praise for the flight, the views, and the breakfast.

A gentle overcast morning set the scene as our balloons rose over the Serengeti. Winds guided us swiftly back to the Mara River, still flowing strong and full of life. Guests were treated to a beautiful array of wildlife wildebeest on both banks, zebra herds, eland, buffalo, and playful gazelle. One balloon spotted three lions after crossing the river, and another had the rare joy of seeing a leopard near Sayari. Birds filled the skies: marabou storks, vultures, secretary birds, and cheerful guinea fowl. All balloons landed smoothly, wrapping up a peaceful and memorable morning in the wild.
