"Worth every penny!"

One of the coolest things we’ve ever done! The sunrise views were spectacular. Lots of animals and a different perspective. A once in a lifetime experience. Our pilot was great and it was an incredibly smooth and safe ride. Breakfast and bubbles were also wonderful!

"A Must Do For Everyone, Highlight of the Trip!"

I signed my kids and I up for the balloon as our safari company had mentioned it as an option. I was so glad we did....it was a highlight and probably one of our most favorite parts of the entire trip. Captain Jonathan Smith was thorough, friendly, professional and let us know what was happening the entire time. Having never been in a balloon we were nervous but no reason to be at all. Loading sitting down, then standing up to a smooth ride, and amazing view from above. Ours lasted about an hour, and even though we started late due to winds, we didn't miss any part. We had a spotter as well who pointed out animals and communicated with the second balloon that launched with us. Upon landing we had champagne, juice and toasts as is their tradition, then went to have a huge breakfast in the bush. Food was delicious, way more then I could eat, conversation was great and they truly thought of everything to make our experience more then just a tour.....it was the adventure of a lifetime and would do it again over and over and over! Worth every penny. Thanks Captain Jonathan Smith for making our trip amazing and beyond anything we could of imagined!!

"A Beautiful, Safe, and Magical Experience"

Very highly recommend. A fantastic, professionally run, and breathtaking experience. We went with our children and felt totally safe throughout. The Serengeti is spectacular and the perspective of ballooning above it makes it even more magical.

"Amazing experience, must do in the Serengeti!"

This is a must do experience in the Serengeti. Awake early and have a game drive in the dark on the way to the hot air balloon. Soar over the Serengeti seeing all types of animals: giraffes, hyenas, hippos, zebras, wildebeests and lions if you are lucky. After the hot air balloon ride (which lasts about 1.5 hours) toast to a safe landing with champagne followed by breakfast in the Serengeti. This was an amazing unforgettable experience. Our captain Muhammad was amazing and provided us with a fun and safe experience. We will definitely do this again if we return!

"Unique Experience and Amazing Service"

Incredible experience at Serengeti Balloon Safari. We were lucky to see many animals including elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions and hippos. The breakfast afterwards was superb and the attention and service from the crew couldn't be better. It is 100% worth it and would recommend anyone going on a Safari to don't miss this opportunity. Thanks to all the team at Serengeti Balloon Safaris. You guys are amazing and I wish to go back to do it all over it again.

"Sunrise floating over the Serengeti"

A magical experience floating over the hippos, lions, zebras and wildebeest as the sun rose over the Serengeti! The bush breakfast and champagne toast were a perfect finish to the experience. I would highly recommend!!

"Safest most professional balloon fight we've had"

3rd Balloon trip we've been on and this was by far the most professional flight yet. The equipment, the staff, the safety briefing, everything was superb. Nice newer basket and all ropes and equipment looked newer. The pilot Mohamed was very informative and ensured everyone enjoyed the flight. The champaign toast at the end was very informative and amazing to have it held in the Serengeti. Steven our driver was very professional and informative as well. The flight takes you over one of the most amazing places in the world, the Serengeti. Definitely would do this again one day.

"Unique Perspective of the Serengeti"

Serengeti Balloon Safaris was very professional & made the booking process & balloon experience an enjoyable one. Silvano was punctual in picking me up from my lodge, and Jumas piloted the balloon and kept us entertained. The champagne toast and breakfast were also nice. We saw wildebeest & zebras. Things outside of their control that would have been nice to have were to have more balloons in the air (not many tourists, so we were the only balloon that day), high winds meant we couldn't fly very high for the majority of the flight, and my position in the basket wasn't very good for viewing much of the flight (the pilot did rotate the balloon when we came across animals though). It is a unique way to view the Serengeti and appreciate how large an area it is.
